What we expect:

You should be able to work alone and be able to take ownership of your projects.

Day-to-day your core responsibilities will extend to:

    Coordinating, Managing and Monitoring day-to-day operations
    Working collaboratively to deliver projects that meet client's needs within prescribed time frames;
    Adhering to 'Right First Time' policy for quality control and accuracy; always striving for perfection and best practice;
    Simultaneously managing multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality controls are consistently upheld;
    Working independently on projects when required and collaborating as a strong team member;
    Assisting others when workloads require and embracing Neodrift's brand values
    Enhance Customer satisfaction.
    Provide call and email support to our Clients
    Provide timely, query and issue resolutions

Qualification and Experience:

- Graduate
- At least some experience, preferably in Campaigns handling (SMS/emails/WhatsApp) & Data Management.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word, PPT is with the plus point.
- Attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Flexible to work in a 24x7 environment
- Takes initiative and accountability
- Team Player
- Aptitude to solve problems and take decisions
- Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and multi-task
- Good communication in English (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
