Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential operational risks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing operations and delivering results. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets effectively. Experience working in a regulated environment would be an advantage.
