Job Description
The operations manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects simultaneously. The role ensures smooth site operations, resource allocation, vendor coordination, client communication, and timely project completion as per quality and safety standards.
Prepare detailed project execution plans, workflows, and timelines.
Allocate resources (manpower, machinery, materials) across multiple sites.
Ensure project milestones are met as per schedule.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
