Operations Manager – Multi-Brand Cloud KitchenLocation: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR


Industry: Food & Beverage (Cloud Kitchen / QSR)


Role Overview : We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations of a multi-brand cloud kitchen setup. The role demands strong leadership, process orientation, and the ability to manage high-volume delivery operations while maintaining quality, speed, and cost efficiency across brands.


Key Responsibilities :


1. Kitchen Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple brands under one kitchen
  • Ensure smooth order flow from aggregators (Zomato/Swiggy) to dispatch
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
  • Ensure optimal kitchen prep planning to avoid delays and wastage

2. Team Management

  • Manage chefs, kitchen staff, packing team, and shift supervisors
  • Drive staff productivity, discipline, and shift scheduling
  • Handle hiring, training, and retention of operations staff
  • Build a strong SOP-driven culture despite high attrition

3. SOP & Process Implementation

  • Create, implement, and audit SOPs across all brands
  • Ensure standardization of recipes, portioning, and plating/packing
  • Minimize errors in orders, packaging, and dispatch
  • Drive continuous process improvements

4. Cost & Inventory Control

  • Monitor food cost, wastage, and pilferage
  • Maintain inventory levels and vendor coordination
  • Ensure proper GRN, stock audits, and consumption tracking
  • Work closely with purchase and accounts teams

5. Delivery & Customer Experience

  • Ensure timely order dispatch and coordination with delivery partners
  • Minimize cancellations, delays, and customer complaints
  • Monitor aggregator ratings and reviews; implement corrective actions
  • Improve packaging quality and customer satisfaction

6. MIS & Reporting

  • Track daily sales, order volumes, AOV, and kitchen performance
  • Analyze brand-wise performance and suggest improvements
  • Share daily/weekly reports with management
  • Work with data to optimize menu, pricing, and operations
  • Key Skills RequiredStrong experience in cloud kitchen / QSR / multi-brand operations
  • Deep understanding of Zomato/Swiggy backend operations
  • Excellent team handling and leadership skills
  • Strong grip on SOPs, food costing, and inventory control
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, high-volume environments
  • Data-driven mindset with basic Excel/MIS knowledge
  • Experience & Qualification4–8 years in F&B operations (preferably cloud kitchen or QSR chains)
  • Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred
  • Experience in handling multiple brands under one roof is a must
