Job Description:-

• Should be well-versed in the placement or implantation of grafts
• Should be able to do the counting of grafts in the OT
• Should be able to help the surgeon in the removal of grafts
• Responsible for managing and maintaining the proper inventory of surgical consumables in the clinic
• Must be familiar with various types of consumables and instruments being used in the surgical OT
• Knowledge of specialty-wise instruments for various surgical applications.
• Knowledge of equipment and its accessories used in the surgical OT, with its proper upkeep
• Strict implementation of sterilization protocols in the OT.
• Keeping records and maintenance of all instruments, medical devices, and registers for the maintenance of OT.
• To prepare the Patient for the procedure as per the pre-procedure checklist, the clinician & Anaesthetist instructions
• Follow biomedical waste disposal protocols. Monitor and assure quality & maintain the monthly report & send to Clinic Manager
• Must work in accordance with laid SOPs and should be able to work on online software.
• Must assist and get trained in the Laser hair reduction procedure and other hair and cosmetology procedures.
• Schedule and prepare for the demos and training sessions for the visiting surgical team with the help of the Clinical & Sales Team.
