Job Description

Job Summary:The Receptionist is the first point of contact for the company. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Ensure office supplies at the front desk are stocked.
