Job Description

Objectives of this Role: The primary objective of this role is to provide seamless and efficient support to the Director by managing their daily schedule, communication, meetings, travel, and other business-related tasks. The Personal Assistant will ensure smooth and organized operations, enabling the Director to focus on high-priority matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a high level of professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times.


 

Key Responsibilities:


Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the Director, including drafting emails, phone calls, and maintaining correspondence with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Assist with any other administrative or personal tasks for the Director, ensuring that all requests are handled with discretion and professionalism.

The PA will be required to travel both domestically and internationally alongside or on behalf of the Director. Travel arrangements will be made as needed, and the PA will accompany the Director or travel independently based on the Director’s schedule.

Prepare and format reports, presentations, business documents, and correspondence. Maintain organized, up-to-date records and files.

Assist with the coordination and tracking of special projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

Handle sensitive business information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.


 

Qualifications & Skills:


Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an executive support role.

Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel, both domestically and internationally,  when required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.

Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.

Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to adapt to fast-changing schedules and priorities.

Comfortable working independently and anticipating the Director’s needs.
