Packing Supervisor

Job Title: Supervisor – Auto Spare Parts Packing

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to oversee the packing lines and labour team in our auto spare parts division. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth packing operations, maintain quality standards, manage workforce efficiency, and ensure timely dispatch of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily packing operations of auto spare parts and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Assign and monitor work for labour teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure correct labelling, packaging, and documentation of each product before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the store/purchase team for replenishment.
• Monitor labour attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure all safety and housekeeping standards are followed on the shop floor.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain continuous productivity.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and quality control teams for timely and accurate order completion.
• Maintain daily production and manpower reports.
• Train and guide new labourers and helpers for better efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in production or packing supervision, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of packing processes, quality checks, and dispatch coordination.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of Computer is an advantage.
• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, or relevant field.
