Role Summary The Manager – Payroll & Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll and operational processes for internal teams and outsourced manpower deployed across India. The role requires strong expertise in payroll compliance, vendor coordination, large workforce management, and operational controls within the facilities/manpower services domain. Key Responsibilities Payroll Management – Employees & Pan-India Manpower  Manage end-to-end payroll processing for internal employees and outsourced/vendor manpower deployed across multiple client sites  Ensure timely and accurate wage/salary disbursement across locations  Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, and other applicable labor laws  Coordinate with regional teams and vendors for attendance, wage data, billing, and reconciliations  Scrutinize and validate vendor payroll, manpower bills, and statutory documents  Handle payroll audits, inspections, and compliance reporting  Resolve payroll discrepancies, escalations, and statutory queries
