Performance Marketing

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive who can drive results through data-driven campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing international clients and executing high-performing ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn
• Manage end-to-end campaign strategy including budgeting, targeting, creatives, and performance tracking
• Handle international client accounts and deliver consistent performance improvements
• Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience working with international clients is a must
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong command of English (written & verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a performance-driven mindset

Good to Have:

• Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.)
• Understanding of landing page optimization and funnels
