Job Description
- Develop and maintain overall brand presence across digital platforms
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendar (posts, reels, creatives)
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Generate leads through paid ads, social media, and online platforms
- Handle CRM for lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion
- Manage IndiaMART / inbound leads
- Work on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, flipkart listings, pricing, optimization)
- Coordinate creatives, captions, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of leads, ads, and sales
