Performance Marketing Executive

Campaign Management: Set up and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Ad campaigns to drive client success.

Client Interaction: Liaise directly with clients to understand their marketing goals and performance requirements. Regularly communicate updates and provide insightful feedback to improve campaign performance.

Optimization: Track KPIs, optimize campaigns at every stage of the funnel, and ensure the best ROI through A/B testing, ad copy optimization, and analytical review.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including designers and content writers, to ensure the right content and design for campaigns, based on business objectives and audience needs.

Reporting: Compile detailed reports to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights to clients.

AI and Tools: Leverage AI technologies and tools to drive innovation, efficiency, and performance in ad campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Ad campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, landing page optimization, and analytics.

Ability to manage end-to-end campaign performance, from setting objectives to tracking results and reporting.

Excellent communication skills, as this is a client-facing role.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align marketing strategies with client business goals.

Experience with AI tools and leveraging AI in marketing strategies is highly preferred.
