We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who’s data-obsessed, ROI-driven, and understands that every ₹ spent must bring measurable sales — not just traffic. You’ll lead our paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and Blinkit, and drive scale with speed, structure, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Run and scale performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Blinkit
• Track & optimize NC-ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, and CLTV
• Set up retargeting, UGC-based funnels, and pixel/GA4 tracking
• Launch 3–5 new creatives per week with structured A/B testing
• Build weekly dashboards and insights for decision-making
• Collaborate with content, influencer & product teams to align campaigns
• Reduce CAC while increasing first-time purchases and repeat rates
