The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and be capable of driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute & optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads
• Drive leads, conversions & ROI-focused campaigns
• Audience research, funnel strategy & A/B testing
• Daily campaign monitoring & performance reporting
• Work closely with creative & content team for high-performing ads

🎯 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Understanding of lead generation, conversions & scaling
• Pixel, events, retargeting & analytics knowledge
• Ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance

💼 Experience:

• 2–4 years (Performance Marketing preferred)
• Agency or multiple-industry experience is a plus
