Job Description

We are seeking a smart, confident, and presentable Personal Assistant to accompany and support in business meetings, events, and client interactions. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, articulate, and capable of maintaining professionalism in high-level corporate settings.


Key Responsibilities:

Attend business meetings and events alongside the executive

Manage schedules, meeting agendas, and travel logistics

Take notes and prepare meeting summaries

Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups

Assist in communication and coordination with stakeholders

Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
