Job Title: PERSONAL LOAN Executive = Personal loan /Business Loan / Overdraft limits

Job Overview:

We are looking for a PERSONAL LOAN EXCUTIVEexecutive responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, communicating with customers, and managing day-to-day sales operations related to personal loan, business loan and overdraft facilities.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data/leads
• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and terms.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide proper product information
• Maintain professional relationships with clients
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of Insurance / Banking / Financial products
