Job Description:

Queen Global International School invites applications for the post of PGT Psychology Teacher to teach senior secondary classes as per CBSE curriculum. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to mentor students for board examinations.

Qualifications (As per CBSE Norms):

• Master’s Degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. (mandatory).

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a recognized school (CBSE preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare students for CBSE board examinations and assessments.
• Guide students in understanding human behavior, learning processes, and mental well-being.
• Maintain academic records and contribute to school activities.
• Provide counseling support to students when required.

Skills Required:

• Strong conceptual understanding of Psychology.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to connect with adolescents and support their emotional well-being.
• Familiarity with CBSE assessment patterns.
