Phlebotomist

We are looking for experienced and disciplined field phlebotomists to join our home collection team. As the face of Dr. Bhasin’s Lab for home patients, you will ensure safe, accurate, and compassionate blood sample collection using vacutainers.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesCollect blood and other pathology samples from patients’ homes as per assigned routes and timings
• Follow proper vacutainer technique and safety protocols
• Label, store, and transport samples safely back to the processing lab
• Coordinate with Shift TL for timely updates and escalations
• Handle elderly and VIP patients with care and empathy
• Maintain hygiene, PPE use, and respectful communication
• Submit daily visit and sample reports on time
• ✅ RequirementsExperience: Min. 2 year in blood sample collection & also of using vacutainers
• Transport: Must own a 2-wheeler with valid DL
• Tools: Familiarity with basic mobile apps and Google Maps
• Soft Skills: Punctual, hygienic, polite with patients
