Job Title: Picker & Packer – Warehouse / Store Operations

Location: Multiple Locations (Store/Warehouse-based)

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse/store operations team as Picker & Packers. The role involves accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while maintaining efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products from shelves as per order requirements

Pack items carefully to avoid damage during transit

Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store/warehouse

Follow company processes and safety guidelines

Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Ability to read and understand English and Hindi

Minimum qualification as per role requirement

Candidates with relevant warehouse/store experience preferred

Requirements:

Must carry Aadhar Card and educational qualification documents

Must be aware of their salary structure/package

Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts

Should be open to transfer to nearby stores as per business needs

Personal vehicle (bike/cycle) is mandatory

Must have an Android phone (iPhone not allowed)

Employment Terms:

Candidates must be aware of their notice period of 3 days

If an employee leaves (resigns/absconds) without serving or informing 3 days prior to the reporting manager and HR:

3 days' salary will be deducted from the monthly salary

Additional Notes:

Candidates from a similar background (warehouse/logistics/store operations) will be given preference
