IRAA Sustainability Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Play School Teachers / Assistant Teachers for its education sector initiative – Mayflower Play School at Dwarka Sector 9.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Qualification: NTT / B.Ed. / ECCE or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a pre-school / early childhood education setting
• Age group: 21–35 years
• Residence: Dwarka or nearby catchment areas only
• (Candidates from distant locations need not apply)
• Language: Fluent in English and Hindi with clear pronunciation and good writing skills

• Quick learner, self-driven, dedicated, and growth-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially in interacting with parents
• Comfortable and skilled in using social media platforms and basic apps for communication and classroom-related updates
• Modern dance and singing skills will be an added advantage
• Good in art & crafts and hands on activities.

Work Details

• Timings: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Salary: Commensurate with experience, past salary history, and prevailing market trends
