Job Description
- Conduct POSH awareness and sensitization training for employees, managers, and leadership.
- Design and deliver customized workshops (classroom, virtual, hybrid).
- Explain rights, responsibilities, definitions, and redressal mechanisms under the POSH Act, 2013.
- Train Internal Committee (IC) members on complaint handling, inquiry process, documentation, and confidentiality.
- Assist organizations in drafting/reviewing POSH policies, SOPs, and codes of conduct.
- Support IC during inquiries (as an external expert, if engaged).
- Conduct refresher sessions and induction training for new hires.
- Maintain training records and provide compliance reports.
- Strong knowledge of POSH Act, Rules, and recent case laws.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
