Job Description:

We are hiring a Powder Coating Gun Operator to apply powder coatings to metal parts using specialized equipment. Responsibilities include preparing parts, adjusting equipment settings, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate powder coating guns and booths.
• Prepare parts for coating and ensure proper grounding.
• Adjust equipment for desired coating thickness and finish.
• Monitor oven temperatures and conveyor speeds.
• Inspect finished parts for quality.
• Perform equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in powder coating or similar role.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and safety.
