PROCESS ASSOCIATE

Process : MSME and GST Registration

Job Location : Vikaspuri-Delhi (Nearest metro station : Uttam Nagar)

Working Days : 6 days | Mon-Saturday

[2nd & 4th Saturdays Off along with all Sundays]

Salary Range : Upto 15K per month

Basic Requirements:-

• Good communication and listening skills in English and Hindi both
• Hunger to learn new things and grow
• Good aptitude & analytical skills
• Good knowledge of computers

Responsibilities:-

• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction level.
• Reviewing Client Applications and processing them on concerned portal with document verification (Online Forms Filing on Govt. sites as per the data received from Clients)
• Coordinating with clients via call and mail for any discrepancies and guiding them further
• Updating clients regarding their application status via call or mail.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Preparing reports on customers’ needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
