Production Line Supervisor (Food Processing)

Supervise and manage daily production line operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Ensure workplace safety by implementing and monitoring health and safety measures.

Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene standards on the production floor.

Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective or preventive measures to minimize downtime.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.

Report any equipment breakdowns, process deviations, or manpower issues to higher management.

Monitor the usage of raw materials and resources to avoid shortages or wastage.

Motivate and guide team members to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work culture.
