Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in mechanical engineering and factory operations. The ideal candidate will oversee production schedules, manage floor staff, and ensure all manufacturing processes meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Oversee daily production schedules to ensure targets are met on time.
• Team Management: Supervise and train shop-floor workers, ensuring high productivity and discipline.
• Quality Control: Inspect output to ensure products meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the production line and suggest improvements to reduce waste or downtime.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production logs, attendance, and machinery maintenance.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Industrial Production Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or metals/mining environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in production control, factory supervision, and production planning.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing tools and process management.

Shift & Compensation:

• Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 08:30 PM
• Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on candidate experience)
• Location: Samaypur Badli, Delhi
