We are looking for a competent and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and manage the PCB Assembly and SMT Line operations. The candidate must have expertise in programming SMT machines, managing job work orders, and ensuring that daily production outputs are achieved with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and timeliness.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all activities related to PCB assembly and SMT production lines.
• Ensure daily production targets are met with a focus on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day production activities on the SMT line and PCB assembly floor.
• Create, modify, and optimize SMT programs for different machines based on job orders (including job work/NPI/custom builds).
• Set up SMT machines, stencil printers, reflow ovens, and inspection systems (AOI/SPI) as per production requirements.
• Monitor job changeovers, ensuring minimal downtime and high setup accuracy.
• Coordinate with planning and engineering teams to understand production schedules and technical specifications.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet customer delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of SMT machines (e.g., pick-and-place, reflow oven, AOI).
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues, implement process improvements, and maintain product quality.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and components required for PCB and SMT production.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices, standard operating procedures, and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Supervise machine operators and line staff, ensuring tasks are performed safely and correctly.
• Inspect final products for defects and ensure compliance with quality and customer requirements.
• Train production team on SMT setup, basic programming awareness, and ESD handling practices.
• Maintain detailed records of programs, change logs, and production outputs.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in PCB Assembly and SMT operations, including programming SMT equipment.
• Proficiency in SMT programming software

Working Conditions:

• Factory floor environment with exposure to SMT machinery, ESD-sensitive components, and moderate noise.
• May require shift work or extended hours during peak production or urgent deliveries.
