Production Supervisor / Order Coordinator (Furniture)

We are hiring a Production Supervisor for our furniture factory. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, allocating work to carpenters and workers, and ensuring timely completion of customer orders.

The role includes receiving order details from the showroom, preparing job instructions, coordinating wood/metal/polish work, monitoring daily progress, maintaining production records, and ensuring proper quality checking before dispatch.

The candidate must have basic knowledge of furniture manufacturing, strong worker handling ability, and discipline in meeting delivery timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and understand customer order details

• Allocate work to carpenters, metal workers, and polish staff

• Monitor daily production progress
