🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Program Manager who can handle day-to-day operations, manage students, trainers & staff, ensure discipline, reporting, and performance, and act as a bridge between management and execution teams.

This role is not sales, not teaching, but complete execution & control.

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1️⃣ Daily Operations Management

Ensure daily schedules, classes & tasks run smoothly

Coordinate with:

Trainers

Project Leads

Batch Coordinators

HR / Student Operations

Handle day-to-day operational issues independently

2️⃣ Student Management & Discipline

Monitor:

Attendance

Performance

Behaviour & discipline

Handle escalations raised by Batch Coordinators or HR

Ensure company rules & policies are followed

📌 Students should feel there is proper “management control”

3️⃣ Staff & Trainer Coordination

Supervise:

Technical Mentors

Project Leads

HR / Student Ops

Corporate Communication Executive

Assign responsibilities and follow up on delivery

Conduct weekly review meetings

4️⃣ Reporting to Founder

Daily short updates:

Attendance summary

Issues & resolutions

Weekly reports:

Student performance

Paid vs unpaid students

Staff performance & workload

Highlight risks or problems in advance

📌 Founder should receive only final summaries, not daily chaos

5️⃣ Process & Policy Implementation

Ensure company policies are:

Communicated

Understood

Followed

Coordinate with HR for:

Warnings

Exits

Blacklisting (if required)

6️⃣ Performance Evaluation

Track:

Student progress

Trainer effectiveness

Staff productivity

Identify:

Non-performing students

Non-performing staff

Recommend actions to management

7️⃣ Placement & Program Coordination

Coordinate with Placement Manager for:

Student shortlisting

Interview scheduling

Ensure only eligible students are forwarded

Maintain placement discipline & records
