Job Title: Sales Promotion Executive (Online Coordination)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Promotion Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting products/services by engaging with potential customers through various online communication channels. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company products/services through online customer engagement activities.
• Connect with potential and existing customers via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp chats.
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones, calling apps, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
• Ability to convince and engage customers effectively.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in sales or tele-calling will be an added advantage.
