Job Summary

The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing products, materials, and services required by the company. The role ensures that purchases are made at the best possible price while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery. The Purchase Executive also maintains vendor relationships, monitors inventory levels, and ensures proper documentation of all purchase activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for purchasing goods and services.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of required materials.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details.

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Handle vendor communication and resolve issues related to supply, quality, or delivery.
