Highmach CTL is seeking an experienced and strategic Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations and optimize the supply chain for our industrial machinery manufacturing unit. Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Purchasing Management

• Lead end-to-end procurement processes
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
• Plan purchases based on production and project schedules
• Ensure timely and cost-effective material sourcing

Inventory & Material Management

• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages
• Coordinate with production for accurate material planning
• Implement effective material resource planning systems
• Reduce wastage and optimize stock turnover

Billing & Financial Coordination

• billing software operations
• Ensure E-way billing compliance
• Maintain billing data and purchase records
• Accounting and general ledger alignment

Quality & Vendor Performance

• Ensure quality standards in procured materials
• Work closely with quality control and assurance teams
• Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate procurement documentation
• Analyze purchasing data for cost control and optimization
• Generate MIS and procurement performance reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in procurement within manufacturing or machinery industry
• Strong knowledge of purchase planning, inventory systems, and billing software
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
