Key Responsibilities

IT Hardware ONLY

Vendor & OEM Coordination

• Liaise with OEMs, national distributors, and local suppliers for IT, networking, and CCTV products.

• Maintain strong relationships with brands such as Cisco, HP, Dell, Hikvision, CP Plus, D-Link, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Aruba, Bosch, Dahua, etc.

• Track product availability, lead times, and price trends.

Generate RFQs, compare vendor quotes, and finalize best commercial terms.

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with project and finance teams.

• Ensure correct models, specifications, warranty, and compliance with BOQ.

Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, credit terms, and special project discounts.
