Build technical architecture for projects.
Enforce coding standards in projects.
Ensure the quality delivery of projects.
Assist pre-sales/sales team for converting raw requirements from potential clients to functional
solutions.
Must be well-aware of the latest technological advancements for backend platforms.
Ensure apps are conforming to security guidelines wherever required.
Train fellow team members to impose the best practices available.
Works on improving and managing processes within the team.
Implementing new ideas throughout the team to improve the efficiency and quality of the team.

Requirements
2+ Years of experience in developing backend applications.
Proficient with Databases like MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
Experience with Caching tools like Redis and Memcached.
Docker and Linux container knowledge.
Experience with GCP/AWS/Azure. 
Solid Domain Knowledge, Experience with various Design Patterns & Data Modeling, Research Oriented
Solid at Logical thinking and Problem solving
Follows Coding Standards, Good with Code Reviews and delivers quality products
Experience with various Tools used in Development, Tests & Deployments.
Solid Experience with DevOps and CI/CD Pipeline Tools
Solid experience with Git Workflow on Enterprise projects and larger teams
Good at the documentation at the project level and code level
Good experience with Agile Methodology and process
Good understanding of Software UX
Proficient with communication, Good at the judgment
