Position: Software QA / Testing Engineer (Remote)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Software QA / Testing Engineer to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our technical teams in China and India, as well as with our client’s team, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and black-box testing across various web and software applications.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and validate fixes.
• Support some automation testing, depending on the project and your experience.
• Be flexible and adaptable, as you'll be assigned to different projects based on your skillset.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring software quality.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-cultural environment.
• Proven experience with manual testing tools and methodologies.
• Exposure to or interest in automation testing is a plus.
