QA / QC Executive

We are hiring an experienced QA & Trainer for our in-house Telecalling Sales Team.

This role requires strong quality monitoring skills and the ability to train and improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Call Audits & Quality Evaluations

• Evaluate script usage, objection handling & closing ability

• Maintain structured QA scorecards & Excel reports

• Identify repeat errors and performance gaps

• Conduct induction training for new telecallers

• Run role-play and refresher training sessions

• Retrain underperforming agents

• Work closely with Sales TL to improve conversion rate

• Ensure process compliance and discipline

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience as QA in BPO / Telecalling (Sales process mandatory)

• Prior training experience is required

• Strong understanding of conversion-based call monitoring

• Confident personality & authority to manage team

• Good Hindi communication (English workable)

• Strong Excel & reporting skills
