Qualification:

• B.Sc. / BE mechanical engg.

Metallurgy

Material Science

Industrial Chemistry

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks and inspections in the factory.

• Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

• Perform product testing and maintain proper quality documentation.

• Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards.

• Handle manpower and supervise shop-floor activities.

• Lead and manage the quality team effectively.

• Coordinate with production and management to resolve quality-related issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of quality control and testing procedures.

• Good understanding of factory operations.

• Team management and leadership abilities.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
