We are seeking an experienced and proactive Real Estate Manager to oversee the acquisition, development, leasing, and management of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage property operations efficiently while maximizing return on investment.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities (land, buildings, leasing options).
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support strategic decisions.
• Lead property acquisition, sale, and leasing negotiations.
• Oversee property development, construction coordination, and project timelines.
• Manage leasing agreements, tenant relationships, and renewals.
• Ensure all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters are handled effectively.
• Maintain property records, budgets, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, marketing, and operations teams.
• Monitor real estate market trends and recommend strategic actions.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate management or property development.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM or property management tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Skills (Optional):Experience with commercial and residential real estate portfolios.
• RERA certification (if applicable).
• Network of property dealers, brokers, and vendors.
