Job Description

PC ASSOCIATES is expanding into the Real Estate sector, building on its strong foundation in HR, legal, payroll, and compliance consulting. We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to spearhead our business setup and growth in this domain.

  • Key RequirementCandidate must own a personal vehicle for client visits, site inspections, and business development activities.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to establish PC ASSOCIATES in the real estate market: -


  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for residential and commercial property sales.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align real estate operations with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and regular sales reports to management.
  • Represent PC ASSOCIATES professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.


Desired Qualities & SkillsProven Sales Ability: Strong track record in real estate or related sales roles: -


  • Communication Excellence: Clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication in both English and Hindi.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals while ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Market Awareness: Understanding of local and pan-India real estate trends.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Focused on building trust and delivering value.
  • Self-Motivation & Discipline: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
