Job Responsibilities

Generate leads for real estate sales through calls, site visits, and referrals.

Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits to potential clients.

Arrange and conduct property site visits for customers.

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Follow up with prospects and convert them into sales.

Maintain customer database and update sales reports.

Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and booking process.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate market and property sales.

Ability to handle customers and negotiate deals.

Self-motivated and target oriented.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).

Qualification

12th pass and Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream).
