The specific service requirements expected from the “Pre-Sales Executive” & Area Sales Manager the following:


•	Responsible for database / cold calling and tele counselling and lining-up walk-ins in the office, etc.
•	Following up on client leads for sale of properties.
•	Responsible for handling clients’ inquiries and servicing customer’s needs.
•	Be an expert on issues of real estate industry, prices, competitors, market conditions etc.
•	Maintain and progress an active sales pipeline of prospect clients.
•	Contribute to the major goals of the company in uplifting sales/revenues.
•	Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
•	Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
•	Providing excellent service to the customers to make property investment a delightful experience
