Responsibilities
•	Assist Buyers & Sellers in marketing & purchasing property for the best price & terms.
•	Estimate property value through skilled comparative market analysis.
•	Select & show homes & property according to their need & Budget.
•	Consult to client from start to end process for buying a property including Contract to close, prices & Mortgage options.
•	Build lists of properties available with specifications through open leads, social media & references.
•	Heads up for negotiations with clients & industry professionals, review contract terms, & verify accuracy of the papers.
•	Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets trends .
•	Generate leads through references, cold calling & social media.

Requirements
•	1 year’s sales track as a realtor or any other sales.
•	Strong sales, negotiations & communication skills
•	Knowledge of local area & properties.
•	Should be Graduate
•	Ability to work independently & with a team
•	Should have a pleasant personality
•	Familiar with computer in order to maintain records.
•	Meeting with clients virtually & in personal for Site-Visits.
•	Working towards Monthly & Annually Targets.
•	Should have a mode of transport like Bike/Car
