Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle administrative support tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while managing calls, appointments, and basic office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic information to visitors and clients about the company
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12th
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
