Receptionist Cum Sales Executive

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and customers with warmth and professionalism.

Manage the main switchboard, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and emails.

Maintain a tidy, presentable, and professional reception area.

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and manage the company calendar.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Serve as the primary lead qualifier, identifying potential sales opportunities from incoming inquiries and walk-ins.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, promotions, and industry trends.

• Required Skills and Qualifications Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or Sales Associate.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• Demonstrated ability to be persuasive and comfortable discussing pricing and sales terms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• A friendly, service-oriented, and proactive attitude.
