🧾 Job OverviewThe Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact for students, visitors, and clients. This role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries about animation courses, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Provide information about animation, VFX, and multimedia courses
• Manage student registrations, appointments, and follow-ups
• Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and databases
• Coordinate with counseling and academic teams
• Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, fee records)
• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized
• 🎯 Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service mindset
• 💼 Experience0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
