We are looking for a Recruitment / HR Executive who can handle end-to-end hiring for immediate business needs. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting basic HR operations.

This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up, and closing positions quickly.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities (Recruitment – Primary)Understand hiring requirements for different roles
• Post job openings on platforms like Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Source candidates through calls, messages, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate follow-ups with candidates
• Close positions within defined timelines
• 🔹 Key Responsibilities (HR Operations – Secondary)Maintain candidate and employee records
• Support onboarding documentation
• Track attendance / basic HR data (if required)
• Coordinate with operations team for manpower needs
• Assist in day-to-day HR and admin tasks
• 🔹 Skills & RequirementsGood communication skills (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Comfortable speaking to multiple candidates daily
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Organized, disciplined, and proactive
