Job Title: Recruiter(Open for freshers)

Shift Timing: Night Shift ( 6 pm to 2 am IST)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description :

Maintain and update clients’ profiles, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles to ensure they are accurate, compelling, and tailored to target job roles.

Identify suitable job opportunities , customizing applications to highlight their strengths and align with job requirements.

Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and discuss job opportunities.

Stay informed about industry trends, job market changes, and potential job openings to provide clients with the best possible opportunities.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the job search process.

Gather feedback from clients and employers to refine and improve the recruitment process and client profiles.

Ensure all client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple client profiles and job applications simultaneously.
