About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to join our team at Truman HQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of non-IT field sales and marketing professionals, ensuring timely onboarding and smooth coordination across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for field sales and marketing roles across multiple locations.
• Utilize mass-hiring job portals such as Apna, WorkIndia, Naukri, Indeed, and similar platforms effectively.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in field sales or marketing domains.
• Hands-on experience with Apna , Job hai and other mass-recruitment portals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Bengali will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking. - IS MUST
