Post:-Recruitment Executive for Hiring Delivery Boys

Work Type: - Full time (8 hours)

Mode of Work-Work from Home

Working Days:-Monday to Saturday

Must Have: - Laptop with good internet connectivity, What Sapp Number, Facebook Account, Linked-in Account

Responsibilities:-

-To Post jobs on job portal, linked-in and Facebook, Whatsapp groups & Whatsapp Channel.

-To add all the candidates in relevant whatsapp groups.

-Screening of the candidates-To Contact at least 50 candidates over whatsapp and to make cold calls to candidates.

-To share at least 10 Profiles per day for the jobs assigned to you.

-To have the regular follow ups with the candidates for interviews, face to face rounds and for joining.

- Minimum Fixed Salary-10,000 (0-6 Joining’s) or 12,000/-(7 -10 Joining’s) or 15,000 (11 to 15) or .If there is more than 15 Joining’s per month then we will pay incentives per joining’s. These joining’s will be for Delivery Boys where joining is fast and quick.
