Recruitment Executive

Job Title: RecruiterJob Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and pipelines
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
• Strong negotiation skills
