📢 We’re Hiring – Regional Coordinator (HP On-Site Project)
📍 Location: Greater Noida (Pari Chowk)
We are looking for a Female or Male candidate for the position of Regional Coordinator.
🔹 Project: HP On-Site Support
Job Responsibilities:
• Customer handling
• Assigning calls to engineers
• Call follow-up and closure
• Escalation handling
• Email coordination
• Coordination with engineers and internal teams
• Maintaining daily reports in Excel
Required Skills:
• Good English communication (spoken & written)
• Basic to good Excel knowledge
• Email drafting and system knowledge
• Ability to handle pressure and escalations
• Service/support coordination experience preferred
💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000
